WCLK actively engages in recruitment activities including job fairs as well as activities to recruit volunteers and high school and college students who are interested in radio broadcasting.   WCLK routinely networks with media organizations and maintains professional industry contacts in an effort to seek potential candidates for vacancies as they arise.

Senior Staff Assistant

The Senior Staff Assistant vacancy was filled in November 2009.  More than 60 candidates applied for the position through the CAU website, and the candidate ultimately learned of the job through the CAU website.
