Dave Koz

Canadian born award-winning Guitarist Rod Tardik is back with a vengeance, teaming up with Dave Koz for B Positive, a bright uptempo track from his 8th album Diversity, Vol. 2: Contemporary Funky Jazz(Guitardik Music).  Rod’s been making music for sometime now and he’s no stranger to the Billboard Jazz Chart’s Top 10.  This collaboration with Dave Koz will have position him nicely for a return to the Top of the Charts.

Ilya Serov was the winner of the Hollywood International Entertainment Best New Artist Award in 2014. He is back with an up-tempo track called Heat that lives up to its title, which is also the title track to his forthcoming album on Silky Sound Records.  From the first note you know this is a song that will put you in a groove that’s going to help relieve any stress from the day.

When I got the call about Dave Koz's new full length New Day(Just Koz Entertainment) I was eager to hear it. When I learned his first single would be Side By Side featuring David Sanborn, I knew the listeners were in for a treat.  Personally, I wanted to hear it, having worked with both of them as a label executive at Capitol and 

The holiday season always means Christmas Jazz Music on Jazz 91.9 WCLK and this season is no different. Program Director David C. Linton has added a new cut featuring Dave Koz and Jonathon Butler--the classic It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas, from his new holiday release Gifts Of The Season(Just Koz Entertainment). But this version isn't like Perry Como or Bing Crosby. 

Chart-topping, GRAMMY®-nominated saxophonist Dave Koz returns to the Cobb Energy Centre this Friday, December 6 at 8 p.m. for his 22nd annual Dave Koz and Friends Christmas Tour 2019. Joining Dave will be: South African guitarist/singer Jonathat Butler, who has accompanied Dave on numerous Christmas outings; GRAMMY®-winning singer-songwriter Melissa Manchester, known for such mega-hits as “Midnight Blue” and “Don’t Cry Out Loud”; Copenhagen-born jazz/soul saxophonist Michael Lington and special guest Chris Walker, singer, bassist and former musical director for Al Jarreau.
