Dave Koz And Friends: Summer Horns II From A To Z

Jul 4, 2018

Dave Koz recently brought his Summer Horns Tour through Atlanta for a well-attended live appearance at Wolf Creek Ampitheater. Concord Records has now released the album featuring the same performers, including Gerald Albright, Rick Braun, Richard Elliot and Aubrey Logan. Dave Koz and Friends: Summer Horns II from A-Z features contemporary takes on classic songs from everyone from Duke Ellington to Paul Simon. You can hear cuts from 'Summer Horns II' on WCLK at various times, particularly their cover of the Crusaders classic Keep That Same Old Feeling.

Support for Jazz 91.9 WCLK programming comes from Wolf Creek Amphitheater, presenting an evening of Smooth Jazz with the Dave Koz Summer Horns Tour at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 23 at Wolf Creek.   Koz and Albright will be joined by Richard Elliott, Rick Braun and Pieces of A Dream.
