Drive Time With Dr. Adrian C. Douglass Presented By MDVIP returns on Wednesday evening at 6pm on WCLK with a live talk program about health issues that matter to you. This month our topic is heart disease. Heart disease kills over 600,000 Americans each year, accounting for one in four deaths. African Americans suffer from heart disease at higher rates than the rest of the population. Did you know there are steps you can take to prevent this killer? Dr. Douglass and Co-host Paula Gwynn Grant will be joined by Cardiologist Dr. David Montgomery, MD, FACC.

Be sure to listen to Atlanta's Jazz Station 91.9 WCLK as we serve the community with important health information on Drive Time With Dr. Douglass. The program will air every first Wednesday of the month at 6pm. Dr. Adrian Douglass, MD, is an Atlanta Internist with over 20 years experience as a primary care doctor. Dr. Douglas and Co-Host Paula Gwynn Grant will feature a relevant health topic, introduce a guest expert, and take your health-related phone calls. On this Wednesday evening's premiere, June 5, Dr. Douglass welcomes Gastroenterologist Dr. Dale Holly for a conversation about your liver, and how to best take care of it.
