As part of her ongoing series of discussions and programs about Restorative Justice, Kiplyn Primus talks with Tracy Rolle, community advocate and author of NCHARGE, A Guide To Managing A Result Driven Life After Incarceration.

Through her worked with a loved one in the criminal justice system, Rolle developed a knowledge base and some strategies that can help people in prison transition back into society with a legitimate second chance, and help their families keep it together during difficult times.

Restorative Justice considers the lives of those convicted of crime as well as their victims.
