Don Graves, Deputy Secretary of Commerce in the Biden Administration, is on the campus of Clark Atlanta University today in the heart of the AUC to talk about how federal funding is being made available to HBCUs and minority businesses and funding for the HBCU pipeline in diversifying the workforce.
