The city of Atlanta is actively seeking the community's input on the plans for the Chattahoochee Brick Yard, once a place of legal slavery called "convict leasing." Plans to commemorate and honor those who worked and died there.

The Ailey Dance Camp partners with Atlanta Public Schools offering a six week camp for young people. While dance is the focus the students learn life skills including critical thinking and discipline. They will host a final reception on Friday, July 26th at the Clayton County Performing Arts Center.
