Congratulations to Phillip Scotton and his business Primo Atlanta, grand prize winner of the WCLK Business Bounce Back Contest. Phillip along with some college classmates, worked their way into becoming a Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Franchisee, and today they own 8 stores in multiple states, including right here in Atlanta. Their company is black owned and black led.
Phillip has earned a prize of $10,000 in marketing and communications services for his company from Atlanta's Jazz Station 91.9 WCLK. He was obviously delighted to be chosen, and talked about it during The SOUL of Jazz with Jamal Ahmad.
