Jazz 91.9 WCLK’s Signature Serenade continues to celebrate the people who make a difference in our community. This Sunday, October 11 at 1pm during The Jazz Suite, host Debb Moore welcomes Deborah Scott, CEO and Founder of Georgia STAND-UP, for a special conversation featuring great music, personal stories and a shared commitment to community.
As the founder of Georgia STAND-UP, Scott has dedicated her work to community engagement, leadership development and empowering residents to have a voice in the decisions that affect their lives. Her appearance on Signature Serenade offers listeners an opportunity to hear more about her journey, her community impact and the music that inspires her.
During Signature Serenade, guests share some of their favorite jazz selections and the memories and stories behind the music. It’s an opportunity to get to know influential community leaders in a more personal way while celebrating the timeless sounds of jazz.
The program is also part of WCLK’s commitment to connecting with listeners and building support for the station during its Fall Membership Campaign. Listener contributions help sustain Jazz 91.9 WCLK and keep quality jazz programming on the air for Atlanta and beyond.
