Presented in partnership with the Empowerment Resource Center, this community-centered event brings together thrift shopping, community engagement, and HIV/AIDS awareness to promote personal wellness and collective well-being.
Thrift & Thrive offers an opportunity to discover unique fashion finds and pre-loved treasures while connecting with the community in a welcoming environment. Beyond shopping, the event highlights the importance of HIV/AIDS education, awareness, prevention, and knowing your status.
Attendees will have access to HIV testing and opportunities to learn more about sexual health, prevention resources, and proactive approaches to wellness. By bringing these important conversations into a community setting, Thrift & Thrive aims to help reduce stigma, encourage informed decisions, and remind individuals that knowing their HIV status is an important part of taking care of themselves.
