In Theaters This Weekend: 'BRICKED' (VIDEO)

Watch the trailer for the new film BRICKED featuring iconic TV actor and singer T.C.Carson and newcomer Tracy J. Campbell.

Campbell plays Trevor Matthew Jr., a high school grad who finds himself in turmoil within his family as he battles coping with Bipolar disorder. Carson plays Matthew’s physician and friend Dr. Robert Weldon.

“It was wonderful getting a chance to do a dramatic role. The cast and the crew were all a joy to work with and the subject of mental health is one we have to start having real conversations about,” said Carson in a statement.

“I hope this film will inspire dialogue between friends and amongst families throughout the African American community. I look forward to the opportunity to do more projects like this.”

BRICKED also features Queen Sugar star Nicholas L. Ashe, Shavonia Jones, Tasia Grant and Lauren Megan McCarthy. Campbell also serves as one of the project’s writers and associate producers.
