The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre is in town this weekend at the fabulous Fox Theatre and I got a chance to catch up with the company's former artistic director Ms. Judith Jamison. We talked about their 60th Anniversary celebration as well as the company's new works Lazarus and Members Don't Get Weary. We also go down memory lane and talk about her signature performance Cry and her time on Broadway in Sophisticated Ladies.
