UPFRONT featuring James Bland, Nadej Bailey and Juel D. Lane (AUDIO)

Today's UPFRONT features a trio of up-and-coming superstars of stage, TV and the silver screen.

The show opens with Emmy-nominated content creator and actor James Bland. His popular webseries GIANTS can now be seen on the new CLEOtv and he's here to chat about that collaboration and more. GIANTS  focuses on three African American millenials as they navigate through "adulting" while dealing with mental health issues, sexuality, careers and more.

Teen acting sensation Nadej Bailey talks about her role in The Best of Enemies. She opens up about starring alongside Taraji P. Henson and the lessons she learned while shooting with her. The Best of Enemies focuses on the unlikely relationship between civil rights advocate Ann Atwater and Ku Klux Klan leader C.P. Ellis during the turbulent 60s.

Closing out the show is my interview with dancer and choreographer Juel D. Lane. He just recieved a $20,000 artpreneurship award from his alma mater, University of North Carolina School of the Arts towards a new work. He also discusses his tribute to iconic painter Ernie Barnes through his new work,The Maestro. Lane is also being honored next month along with triple threat performer Jasmine Guy for their contributions to Atlanta's arts and entertainment scene.
