September 14: Tina Lifford's Inner Fitness|Outer Beauty Tour

Tina Lifford's Inner Fitness and Outer Beauty Tour

Join Actress/inner Fitness Coach and Author, Tina Lifford on September 14 at the Riverside EpiCenter for the Inner Fitness | Outer Beauty Atlanta Tour! Begin your journey to acknowledging, caring for, and loving the “inner” you!

Queen Sugar is the critically acclaimed drama series created by Ava DuVernay about the roller coaster lives of the Borderlon family, representing many aspects of the Black community.  In its fourth season, Queen Sugar is a blockbuster hit on Oprah Winfrey’s network, OWN.  Tina Lifford stars as the breakout character, Aunt Vi, who is sometimes warm and other times no-nonsense to the max – a fan favorite at many viewing parties, in social media, and at the office.

While she enjoys her success as an actor, Tina has worked hard to find the balance between her career and her well-being, clearly defining the two as skillsets that intertwine. How does she do it? Through her program, “The Inner Fitness Project”; Tina Lifford exercises the power, importance and practices of “inner fitness.” According to Tina, inner fitness is the development of skills and practices that build the kind of mental, emotional and spiritual strength that fosters resilience, helps to resolve inner conflict and relieves stress in order to thrive; The Inner Fitness Project exists to coach people towards inner well-being and a deeper connection to their innate inner strength, the way physical fitness trainers help people strengthen their physical bodies. Tina’s new book, “The Little Book of Big Lies" scheduled for release in November, supports the “Inner Fitness Project.”

On September 14, Tina Lifford brings her Inner Fitness | Outer Beauty Tour an uplifting, fun-filled and enlightening experience that supports women in their second or third acts to embrace both their inner self and outer beauty to the Riverside EpiCenter. She will also invite to  the stage experts on topics such as Disrupt Aging, an AARP concept meaning that age is only a number and people shouldn’t be limited by what they do because they think they’re too old or too young; and she will facilitate spirited and candid discussions on sex and sexuality.  As a special treat, celebrity stylist J. Bolin will join the event.  The in-demand stylist will showcase ways to reflect your inner fitness and outer beauty through creative fashion.
