Check out this weekend's edition of UPFRONT Inside Atlanta's Entertainment Industry. It features my conversations with actor Dorien Wilson, best selling author Dr. LaJoyce Brookshire and the son and nephew of jazz icon Miles Davis---Erin Davis and Vince Wilburn. 

Accomplished TV and stage actor Dorien Wilson stopped by to chat about his hugely popular BOUNCE TV series In The Cut. The show has been renewed for a sixth and seventh season and Wilson talked about his role and working with the show's creator Bentley Evans. He also opens up about his new projects His, Hers & the Truth as well as joining Ava DuVernay's new OWN series Cherish the Day

Dr. LaJoynce Brookshire talked to UPFRONT about the newest installment to her Ask the Good Doctor book series. She also recalls her time as director of publicity at Arista records and her fondest memories of working with music legends Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston. She will also be in Atlanta this weekend hosting her popular Sirius XM show Ask The Good Doctor. Click here for information. 

Closing out the show was my conversation with Miles Davis son, Eric Davis and his nephew Vince Wilburn regarding Stanley Nelson's new documentary Miles Davis: Birth of the Cool. The film is showing at Atlanta's Plaza Theatreand chronicles the life and music of the late, great jazz trumpeter and music icon.
