Congratulations goes out to Atlanta's own Tyler Perry. The stage, televison, and film mogul is the latest Hollywood star to achieve billionaire status according to Forbes magazine. Entertainment writer Madeline Berg proclaims that Perry has written his own American success story and has changed showbusiness forever.
“I love when people say you come from ‘humble beginnings," says Perry. [It] means you were poor as hell.” It also makes success sweeter. 'Ownership' changes everything.”
