First Look Images from 'Coming2America' [PHOTOS]

Amazon Studios have released some first look images from the highly anticipated sequel Coming2America

Set in the lush and royal country of Zamunda, newly-crowned King Akeem (Eddie Murphy) and his trusted confidante Semmi (Arsenio Hall) embark on an all-new hilarious adventure that has them traversing the globe from their great African nation to the borough of Queens, New York where it all began.

Coming2America features many of the famous faces from the classic 80s film including James Earl Jones, Shari Headley, Vanessa Bell Calloway, and John Amos. Rounding out the all-star cast is Wesley Snipes, Leslie Jones, Tracy Morgan, KiKi Layne, Teyana Taylor, Jermaine Fowler, Paul Bates, Nomzamo Mbatha, and Bella Murphy.

Coming2America is directed by Craig Brewer with a screenplay by Kenya Barris, Barry W. Blaustein and David Sheffield. Oscar winner Ruth E. Carter serves as the film's costume designer.
