February 3: UPFRONT's Ray Cornelius to host an 'Ailey Talkback" on IG for Sundance Film Fest

Join UPFRONT's Ray Cornelius for a talk back with AILEY film director Jamila Wignot on Wednesday, February 3 at 7 p.m. EST on the @BronzLens Instagram page. The event is part of this year's Sundance Film Fesitval and is presented in partnership with Atlanta's own BronzLens Film Festival. 

AILEY is described as an immersive portrait of dance pioneer Alvin Ailey, told through his own words and a new dance inspired by his life titled Exodus and choreographed by Rennie Harris. It also features a bevy of who's who in the dance world including Ailey's artistic director emerita Judith Jamison and legends Bill T. Jones and George Faison.

In addition to Jamila Wignot,  the AILEY talk back will also feature Omelika Kuumba, Artistic Director Emerita of Giwayen Mata and Spelman College's Instructor of African Dance Forms in the Department of Dance Performance and Choreographer plus filmaker, dancer and featured Ailey II choreographer Juel D. Lane.
