On Thursday, November 20, 2025 (6–9 PM) at The Gathering Spot, FatherWorks, in partnership with The Gathering Spot and Ain’t No Manual Podcast, will host Father Figures: A Celebration of Men Who Matter, a first-of-its-kind cultural gathering honoring men who lead with love, integrity, and purpose.

The event, hosted by V-103’s DJ Sturgess, will feature Damien Wilkins (NBA veteran and former GM of Overtime Elite), along with Thomas “Trey” Dortch III, Ron Hill, and Chris Robinson of Ain’t No Manual Podcast. The evening’s highlight, the “Give Him His Flowers” Tribute, will honor outstanding men making lasting contributions to family and community life.

In celebration of International Men’s Day, Father Figures isn’t just an event, it’s a movement to make men feel seen, valued, and celebrated for their quiet strength and everyday leadership.
