The Cancer Center At Clark Atlanta University Reminds You To Watch What You Eat During The Holidays

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone from the Center For Cancer Research And Therapeutic Development at Clark Atlanta University and Your Health Connection!  As we get together with family and friends over the holidays and enjoy our yams and hams and pumpkin pie, maybe a little spiked eggnog, it's important to remember that eating healthy today is one way to improve your chances of being cancer-free later.

Is there a connection between what we eat and how we eat it and higher incidence of cancer? December's live radio edition of Your Health Connection from CCRTD and WCLK will feature a live discussion featuring your calls and questions about what we eat and how it can affect cancer in our lives.  Tune in to 91.9 and online at 6pm Wednesday, December 18 and have your question ready for our experts.

JaQuitta Williams is your host and Your Health Connection features clinicians, doctors, and cancer survivors with real-life information for an issue that we all face in our lives, in one way or another.   Click here to listen to previous editions of Your Health Connection on demand.

Here are several links medical and clinical research information about the topic to whet your appetite for December's edition of Your Health Connection.
