WCLK Local Take Men Only Seminar On Human Sex Trafficking In ATL, Sunday May 31@Civil Rights Museum

Join WCLK's Kiplyn Primus for A Local Take Seminar on Human Sex Trafficking Sunday at 2pm at The National Center For Civil And Human Rights downtown. This event is a men-only event, allowing Atlanta-area men to learn some of the grim realities and exploitation of minor children that drives Atlanta's legendary illegal sex trade.

David Branch from the Morehouse School of Medicine will be the moderator.

Atlanta City Council President Ceasar Mitchell will welcome attendees, who will then hear from Dave McCleary, founder of the Atlanta chapter of ENDHTNOW http://endhtnow.com/commit/ and Director of the Rotarian Action Group Against Child Slavery for the Americas. Dave has made it his mission to raise awareness of children being used in Human Trafficking.

GBI Agent Brian Johnstone is part of that agency’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit. He will discuss law enforcement's work to bring an end to Human Sex Trafficking from a law enforcement perspective.

Hartsfield Jackson International Airport has an ongoing program of watching out for possible human slavery going through the world's busiest airport. Airport Director of Security Richard Duncan will talk about how not all of Atlanta's international reputation is for good things and how this major Atlanta player is trying to make a positive difference.

We invite you to bring your voice and energy to this attempt to engage and improve the community.

If you are interested in participating in this event, contact Kiplyn Primus at 678-641-2143.
