Atlanta's Jazz Station, Jazz 91.9 WCLK recently hosted a screening of the Clark Terry film, "Keep On Keepin' On." The documentary follows the late jazz legend over four years to document the mentorship between Terry and 23-year-old blind piano prodigy Justin Kauflin as the young man prepares to compete in an elite, international competition. The film features an all-star cast of jazz musicans and enthusiasts including Bill Cosby, Dianne Reeves, Terri Lyne Carrington, Mulgrew Miller, Quincy Jones, Arturo Sandavol, Herbie Hancock and a host of others.
The screening took place at Clark Atlanta's Davage Auditorium and was hosted by WCLK's Debb Moore. The screening was followed by a post film discussion featuring trumpeters Milkshake, Danny Harper and Freddie Holt.
