Join Jazz 91.9 WCLK this weekend for The Atlanta Jazz Festival's Neighborhood Jazz Series. The free outdoor concerts will take place at various "family friendly" parks and features some of city's biggest and brightest jazz vocalists and instrumentalists. There will also be appearances from Atlanta council members and other public servants.
The series continues today (May 18) from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at John A. White Park and includes performances by vocalist Brenda Nicole Moorer and Distilled Butter Band. Fonda Smith will serve as the evening's host.
The music continues on Sunday, May 19 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at West Manor Park with performances from vocalists Tony Hightower and Myrna Clayton. Midday Jazz's Rivablue will serve as the evening's host.
