This weekend's edition of UPFRONT Inside Atlanta's Entertainment Industry is all about empowerment. It features the very talented and funny Tracee Ellis Ross, Titan Games athlete Michelle Lewis and The Show Must Go On with Atlanta hair & beauty experts DerekJ and James Bronner. 

NBC's The Titan Games is back for another season and hotter than ever. The show features an exciting group of world class athletes going for the gold and the coveted title of a Titan. She also shares how her military and real estate background prepared her for the obstacle courses. She also opens up about what she learned from the show's host, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and more. 

NAACP and Golden Globe winning actress and star of Black-ish---Tracee Ellis Ross---is here to chat about her new movie, The High Note. It features Ross as Grace Davis, an iconic music star who has reached a crossroads in her career and her ambitious assistant Maggie, who is making moves that can alter both of their lives. Tracee talked to AAFCA's Virtual Roundtable about the film, singing, her famous mother Diana Ross and much more.

Closing out the show is my special segment The Show Must Go On: Entertainment and COVID-19. It features celebrity hairstylist and TV personality DerekJ and Show Director for the world-renowned Bronner Bros. Hair & Beauty Show, James Bronner. The two talk about the Corona Virus' impact on their industry and a Beauty & Barber Fund that was created to assist salon owners and industry professionals. They also remember Atlanta hair icon---Charles Gregory---who passed away in April from COVID-19.
