Celebrity Life Coach, actress, and fitness guru A.J. Johnson teams up with TV One for a brand new series titled "Life Therapy". This is a must-see life-coaching series shares an intimate look at the stories of individuals' exposing their internal struggles in search of healing. Along with trained mental health professionals, Johnson taps into her natural instinct of nurturing people's suffering to exude positivity in a genuine approach to improve individuals' lives. I spoke exclusively to A.J. this week about the show, what audiences can expect and much more.

Atlanta-based filmmaker and CAU TV and Film professor Steven Starks stops by to chat about his new Black Barber Documentary. The film explores the world of African American barbershops and how they provide a safe haven for Black men around the world. We also talk about their impact on our personal lives and how they are helping brothers to take charge of their health and much more.

Closing out the show is my ABFF exclusive with the divas of the new Amazon Prime series, "HARLEM". The show debuts on December 3 and is brought to you by Tracy Oliver, the brains behind the mega-hit film "Girls Trip". Joining Tracy in the conversation are cast members Meagan Good, Jerrie Johnson and Shoniqua Shandai.
