UPFRONT remembers Andre Leon Talley plus Sheryl Lee Ralph and OWN's 'Kings of Napa'

Check out this week's edition of UPFRONT Inside the Entertainment Industry. It features interviews with the cast of OWN's new series, Kings of Napa, Abbott Elementary star Sheryl Lee Ralph and a tribute to fashion icon Andre Leon Talley.

Tuesday nights are heating up on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) with the debut of its newest dramatic series, Kings of Napa. The one hour program from Janine Sherman Barrois, follows the Kings, an aspirational African American family whose vineyard in Napa has brought them great success. However, when the reins to their vineyard are up for grabs, the three King siblings uncover deceptions that threaten to tear them and their kingdom apart. This first segment features three of the show's cast members: Rance Nix, Yaani King Mondschein and Ashlee Brian.

My second segment is a continuation of my conversation with Broadway diva Sheryl Lee Ralph. She is back to chat about starring in ABC's newest comedy Abbott Elementary. She also gets real about the issues urban schools are facing and educational equality for all students.

In my last segment, I am paying tribute to former fashion editor of VOGUE and style icon Andre Leon Talley. I am re-airing my exclusive 2018 interview with him where we discussed his documentary, The Gospel According to Andre. We also talk about his time with pop culture figure Andy Warhol, his admiration for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his popular Studio 54 images dancing with legendary music diva Diana Ross.
