In the first segment, we’re talking to actress Storm Reid about her newest thriller, MISSING. The mystery features Reid as a young woman whose mother disappears while vacationing with her new boyfriend. Stuck at home, she uses technology at her fingertips to find her mother before it’s too late.
In the second segment, we’re also catching up with rising actress and Howard University student Laila Pruitt. She is currently starring in the popular STARZ series BMF. We’ll talk to her about balancing her demanding TV career and college studies and the advice she received from acting legend Phylicia Rashad.
And were closing out the show with Atlanta based actor and director Eric J. Little. He’s here to talk about “the good, the bad and the ugly” moments during this week’s Oscar nominations announcement. There were a lot of surprises, snubs and “say what now” moments that still have social media buzzing. The Academy Awards will air on Sunday, March 27 a 8pm on ABC and is hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
