Check out this week's edition of UPFRONT/Inside the Entertainment Industry.
We’re talking exclusively to Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson from OWN’s Put A Ring On It. The emotionally charged series features three Atlanta based couples who are at crossroads in their relationships. Each week, the couples go on a series of dates with other people to test the waters and perhaps discover if there might be a better love connection out there. Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson, serves as their trusted relationship coach who guides them through the process and discovers their truths. She is here to talk about joining the show, being handpicked by Oprah Winfrey herself and her long awaiting journey back into the spotlight.
And in the second half of the show, we’re hitting the stage with the stars of A Soldier's Play. The Pulitzer Prize-winning crime drama, by Charles Fuller, tells the story of a tenacious investigator who must race against his white leadership to unravel who murdered a black sergeant on a Louisiana Army base in 1944. Broadway veterans Norm Lewis and Eugene Lee are here to chat about stepping into these legendary roles and much more.
