Support for WCLK comes from Marietta's Theatre In The Square, kicking off the 2023 Season with Katori Hall's play The Mountaintop. It takes a look at Martin Luther King, Jr. the night before his assassination, when he returns to the Lorraine Motel after delivering his impassioned speech—"I've been to the mountaintop". The play runs through February 26 with Friday and Saturday night and Sunday matinee shows. The theatre has been recently renovated and now serves beer and wine.
