I spoke with three of Atlanta's most dynamic entrepreneurs on The Local Take. The November 21 edition of The Local Take highlights the support and partnership between Jazz 91.9 WCLK and the Atlanta Business League.
This month the Atlanta Business League inducted three entrepreneurs into their Hall of Fame. Inductees include: Daryll Griffin of Accolades; Ira Jackson of Perfect Image Printing; and, Simon Robinson of Simon Sign Systems. All of these businesses have stood the test of time and celebrate 25 years of business success this year.
The entrepreneurs share with us their road to success and we ask about a few of the twists and turns that came up along the way:
Daryl Griffin of Accoladesspecializes in creating corporate promotion programs. She speaks about mentoring a young entrepreneur who is entering her field. She explains why they are not competitors.
Ira Jackson of Perfect Image Printingexplains that he feels like Ira 6.0 as he has had to remain flexible and embrace technology to ensure his continued success. He speaks about determining his target market and always looking ahead.
Simon Robinson of Simon Sign Systems shares with us that his business began when he visited a sign shop in the late 1980's and became part owner. He also explains his business move to a larger location at the beginning of 2016.
