CAU Now returns to WCLK Saturday morning at 7:30 before The Tavis Smiley Show. Your host is Desmond Dickerson and he will be talking with Dr. Valerie Otero-Marah, a cutting edge cancer researcher whose story has taken her from Kenya to Europe to one of the leading research facilities in America.
You can hear about her attempt to turn off cancer-suggesting proteins in the body, as well as her view that her scientific mission has been shaped by her love of God. Dr. Otero-Marah is part of the ongoing work at the Center For Cancer Research and Therapeutic Development at Clark Atlanta University.
