UPFRONT featuring Dr. Nicole from 'Put A Ring On It' + MLK/FBI's Sam Pollard (AUDIO)

Check out this week's brand new edition of UPFRONT Inside the Entertainment Industry. It features my exclusive conversation with Dr. Nicole LaBeach, relationship coach from OWN's hit dating series Put A Ring On It. Oscar nominated director and Emmy Award-winning documentarian Sam Pollard is also here to discuss his new film MLK/FBI

Atlanta-based relationship coach Dr. Nicole LaBeach is back to discuss the popular unscripted series Put a Ring On It. The show followed four long-time Atlanta couples, who embarked on the ultimate relationship test—by dating other people. From week to week, Dr. Nicole pushed the couples outside their comfort zones to confront the questions they’ve been too afraid to ask. In the end, the couples found out if they were truly meant to be together or if they needed to part ways. In our two-part conversation, Dr. Nicole opens up about working with the couples, what she personally learned from the experience and the things we didn't see on the show. She also gives tips on how to date during the pandemic and how to "show up" as your authentic self when dealing with family and friends in this new season of life.

My last segment features Oscar nominated director and Emmy Award-winning documentarian Sam Pollard. He has a new film debuting this weekend titled MLK/FBI, which xplores the US government’s surveillance and harassment of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I caught up with Mr. Pollard as part of an AAFCA Virtual Roundtable Discussion this week where he revealed the inspiration behind the project, his challenges and much more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lvfxzht9KUA">CLICK HERE to watch the trailer.
