Jazzanova Returns, Hear It On Saturday Night S.O.U.L. of Jazz

Jazz 91.9 FM WCLK has been supporting the five man, Berlin-based DJ/production collective Jazzanova and their unique brand of nu-jazz since the early 90s. For close to 25 years, they have been traversing the globe, keeping the flame of jazz music burning bright for a new legion of music lovers and club goers. They've built a strong legacy of producing forward thinking remixes for a wide range of artists and their recent collaboration with the legendary BBE Records continues this tradition. They've partnered with curator/label owner, DJ Amir, for a brilliant remake of Strata Records "Creative Musicians". Strata Records was an independent jazz label based in Detroit and formed in the early 70s. Their short but rich catalogue has been sough after by jazz lovers and record collectors all around the world and this remix extends their reach to another generation.
