The 47th Annual Atlanta Business League CEO Luncheon is taking place on Tuesday, June 2nd, from 11:30AM - 2:00PM at the Marriott Marquis in downtown Atlanta. This event honors excellence in leadership by recognizing CEOs whose influence extends beyond the boardroom. ABL Chair-Elect Eric Pinckney joins us today to provide a few highlights about the upcoming event.

Pinckney speaks about attending the Atlanta Business League CEO luncheon as a student and actually speaking with the movers and shakers in the C-suites of Atlanta. He shares the adage that people do business with people, and the opportunity to network through the Atlanta Business League has allowed him to enter those same C-Suites.
He goes on to speak about the economic development that can be spurred by leadership in our communities. Pinckney explains that he found his passion in being a “problem-solver,” and most often this means speaking to another person. He speaks to this not being just an engineering or mathematical challenge, but again, it's people who help to solve problems.
