The production projects of legendary U.K producer/songwriter Simon law are no stranger to many of your music playlists. His work can be heard from a diverse array of artists in the 90s like Soul II Soul, Maurice White(EWF), Maxi Priest, Maysa, Chante Moore, Lucky Dube and so many others. His 2017 solo album Look To The Sky, which featured many of his cohorts from those days of yore, was a staple on my show, The S.O.U.L Of Jazz. He gave me a call from his home in Toronto to chat about his amazing career in music, the 80's rare groove scene in London, his latest project dedicated to mindfulness meditation and how he became a part of the groundbreaking film/project Music Is Life, which addresses how music can help those affected by dementia.
