Looking for a fun, meaningful way to spend the day with your family? Make Saturdays your go-to adventure at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights—a vibrant museum where kids can play, explore, and discover stories that shape the world around them.
Start your visit in Change Agent Adventure: Children’s Gallery, an interactive “secret headquarters” designed especially for children 12 and under. Here, young changemakers can step into action through hands-on play, creative problem-solving, and activities that build empathy, courage, and confidence.
Then, keep the adventure going throughout the museum with family-friendly experiences designed to spark curiosity and conversation. From engaging storytimes to creative crafts and interactive activities, each Saturday brings something new to explore together.
Whether you’re building a weekly tradition or planning a special outing, Saturdays at the Center offer a fun, inspiring day your whole family will love.
