Canadian Jazz Pianist Renee Rosnes is an original member of the San Francisco Jazz Collective who has collaborated with a diverse group of musicians including Joe Henderson, Wayne Shorter, JJ Johnson, Bobby Hutcherson, James Moody and Ron Carter. She's part of Carter's current quartet. She's just released Written In The Rocks, featuring a quintet that includes vibes, sax-flute, bass and drums. I'll be playing various cuts on Jazz 91.9 WCLK including the title track, in particular during Serenade To The City, Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.
