David C Linton is WCLK's Program Director. Since assuming the position in 2018, he's led Jazz 91.9 WCLK to record-setting ratings and expanded its listening audience. Linton's expertise in both NPR & commercial radio has benefited WCLK. He views WCLK as more than an Atlanta institution but a global media outlet for Jazz. He's enhanced the stations weekend line up by developing Saturdays with Ragan Whiteside and adding producer Bob Baldwin's Nu Urban Jazz Lounge to the Saturday afternoon line up. He also added Broadcast Hall of Famer Rick Joyner to the weekday line up as host of Serenade to the The City. He also programs WCLK's HD2 channel which offers Mainstream Jazz 24/7, available at wclk.com
