New Music: Lynne Fiddmont's "Groovy People"

You may not know her name, but Lynne Fiddmont has been singing with many people you do know on songs you love. That  is a list of legends that includes The Jazz Crusaders, Stevie Wonder, Joe Zawinul, Burt Bacharach, Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Natalie Cole, Bill Withers and others.

In recent times this St. Louis born, Boston University and Berklee School of Music-educated singer, songwriter and arranger has stepped out with her own records, including her most recent release Power of Love on MidLife Records. Atlanta's Jazz Station is playing her re-working of Groovy People, a song originally written by Gamble and Huff for the late great Lou Rawls.
