This weekend's edition of UPFRONT Inside Atlanta's Entertainment Industry features rising music star Kyla Jade from NBC's The Voice. She stopped by to chat about life after the show as well as her new single, "Make Up Your Mind."

Author Trisha R. Thomas discusses her book Nappily Ever Afterbecoming the subject of a TV movie for Netflix. It debuts this weekend and stars Sanaa Lathan, Lyriq Bent and Lynn Whitfield.

And closing out the show is opera diva and veteran performer Angela Brown. She is starring in the Atlanta Opera's production of Charlie Parker's Yardbird - September 27 - October 7 at Paris on Ponce.
