True Colors Theatre Company

Kenny Leon's True Colors Theatre Company presents School Girls; or, the African Mean Girls Play now through March 8 at the Southwest Arts Center.

Saturday morning on WCLK's The Local Take I spoke with Lillian Grace Jackson about her seminar series taking place Saturday afternoons between January 11th - February 15th from 3pm - 5pm at the SE Branch Atlanta Public Library.

Ms. Jackson explains that this seminar series is part of her Girls Scouts Gold Award Project, and she wanted to focus on challenges faced by African American women and others who have brown skin.
