The Flourish: 2024 Homeschool Conference 2-day hybrid conference aims to equip parents-as-educators, encourage a culturally-rich & diverse home education, and energize an ecosystem of equitable access to resources, communities, and organizations that prioritize safe spaces for BIPOC children. We will highlight diverse pathways to educational freedom where the parent is the architect.

According to the National Home Education Research Institute (NHERI), more than 3.7 million homeschooled students are in the United States. Georgia has the third largest homeschool population with over 91,000 students. Additionally, Georgia is the third fastest-growing homeschool market in the United States. Notably, the percentage of Black families choosing to homeschool has surged from 3.3% to 16.1%. Now, Black families are the fastest-growing homeschool population in the United States. Thus, this homeschool community is "flourishing."
