With breast cancer being the second highest cancer diagnosis among U.S. women, City of Hope Cancer Center Atlanta is finding a way to support women by offering a breast cancer screening event. Taking place on Wednesday, August 19 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., at City of Hope’s cancer treatment center in Newnan, Georgia, event participants can receive their annual mammogram and take-home educational materials.
All patient appointments are subject to meeting clinical requirements. It is required that participants being screened have a doctor to receive the screening results. Most insurance plans are accepted and for uninsured patients, discounted pricing for the mammogram is available at $99.
