He shares his journey and how he came to embrace therapy along with faith for a better life. He mentions his youth and having a "man" image that didn't allow him to be human. He talks about his "fab five" the men in his life that allow him to share without judgement.

Romal is hosting workshops for men across the country. He created "ClereStory Education"a non-profit that supports students in impoverished communities.
