November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month-Dr. Douglass talks about it and takes your calls and questions live

Join Dr. Adrian C. Douglass Wednesday at 6pm for Drive Time With Dr. Douglass presented by MDVIP. November is National Lung Cancer Awareness month, and Dr. Douglass will be joined by Pulmonologist Dr. Harold D. Jackson to talk about how to avoid the disease, how to detect the disease early, and therapies that can extend your life or that of your loved ones. They will take your calls, live, and give you the information you will need to have ready when you talk with your doctor. According to the American Lung Association, Black Americans are less likely to be diagnosed early, less likely to receive surgical treatments, more likely not to receive any treatment, and less likely to survive five years compared to White Americans. Don't be one of these statistics.

Dr. Douglass is affiliated with MDVIP, which provides support for this program. Dr. Douglass and MDVIP can be reached here.
